| Lloyd Manufacturing Tells Its Story
Situation: Lloyd Manufacturing Corporation wanted to develop a communications vehicle that would keep its customers, staff, board and colleagues aware of happenings within the company.
Solution: NPR&M wrote and produced a two-color, four-page newsletter designed within a specific budget. The newsletter serves to educate and inform customers, prospects, staff, board members, and colleagues about Lloyd's technical capabilities and custom rubber sheeting products. Each issue focuses on a customer testimonial to show the product in use within various industries. Results: Lloyd is now able to publicize the wide variety of applications for its products in an informative and easy-to-read format. We developed a business reply card to insert into the newsletter to make it interactive. We also encourage customer feedback in the Q&A section as well as the "famous quotes" section. Lloyd experiences an influx of phone calls and emails after each issue is distributed and it helps to keep communication open between staff and customers. The newsletter serves as a handy sales tool and promotes a good impression of the company. |
